For anyone running into the same issue that I was. The file is a rar file with the extension renamed to cbz, not properly converted, I checked the header on the file to confirm.

@altrivia What would be a good way to convert it to cbz? I've been using Honeyview to open the cbz and had no problems with it, same on mobile

CBZ = Comic Book ZIP = standard zipped file using ZIP compression with images that should be viewed as comic/manga CBR = Comic Book RAR = the same, but with RAR compression Conversion - Unpack and pack with ZIP compression. Or simply rename. Most of the readers (all I know) support both formats (or none of them - e.g. standard image viewers).
