This is the second OVA episode, and yes. It is censored. the Tsundere-Raws release is uncensored but with subs in French, so someone will probably mux the subs from this into the video from that soon. If you want to do it yourself note that there is a black screen for exactly 1 second at the start of this release that isn’t there on the other one, so you need to shift the subs by -1000ms to make them sync up to the other video.
