I remember watching the TV series of this on German satellite back when I lived Sweden, it definitely has its charm. A lot of that stuff aired there, Story of Alps, Heidi, Pollyanna, Little Women. I even picked up some German just watching them, at least to rudimentally understand them... Pretty much all of the stuff I watched back then have been subbed since at one point or another, just sad that Robin Hood, while not exactly part of MT, wasn't, at least not fully. And that was the show I always looked forward to the most, aside Pollyanna(not sure I can even count on my fingers the times I watched the vhs tapes of that show, though I have seen the Licca version a few times since then...)....
