Actually (if you don't already know) there were 2 versions of this film that were released. The first one was called In This Corner Of The World and ran 2 hrs 8 mins, the second one (which this is)-In This Corner (And Other Corners) Of The World runs 2 hrs 48 mins. The extra time adds a lot more to the development of the characters and story. The first version was dubbed into english but this version wasn't (and probably never will be).
