Directed by Shinichi Nakada (Assistant Episode Director for Tanoshii Moomin Ikka as well as Chief Director, Screenwriter and Planning for Ashita Genki ni Nare!), with a script written by Akira Hayasaka (Original Concept for The Mysterious Cities of Gold). The brief hand-drawn animation is by Toei and TMS.
