There's noticeable blurring and aliasing in the lines. In sections of heavily-noised flashback scenes, the line quality is notably deficient, while insufficient bitrate leads to a certain amount of DCT noise. However, the flat areas maintain an acceptable standard, aided by protective noise dots covering the entire film, making color banding imperceptible. To address these issues, we applied adaptive de-blocking techniques to remove DCT noise. Additionally, we utilized descaling, reconstruction, and anti-aliasing methods to enhance the line quality. Subsequent steps involved routine de-banding, compensatory sharpening, and adaptive denoising. Certain episodes mainly feature flashback scenes with significant noise, causing the unusual file size for those episodes.
