During first watch, I couldn't notice anything wrong, from start to finish and using the embedded ENG subtitles.
Chapters are mainly located at cut change.
Subtitles are the same than Jetforce release.
Note that the file can be open in Aegisub, with no problem caused by the JPN DTS-HD MA 2.0 (unlike Jetforce).
