Also, font issues should be fixed now. The font for the Blue Archive logo that's easy to find is missing glyphs, and my attempts to correct that have failed, so for now I'll just use a variant from the same font family with all the needed glyphs. --- This episode, I referenced the official translation of the game more. I wanted to find out how many lines could be transplanted with few modifications. Turns out it’s a huge number of them. There are a few original scenes, but for the most part the anime is just giving Sensei more lines, trimming dialogue, and shifting a few lines to side characters that didn’t get as much attention in the game (like Shiba Seki Ramen’s Boss). I still had to do a lot of editing, but honestly, the anime’s translation is so bad that it sucks to work with, and adapting a much, _much_ better translation to the anime is an improvement to the quality of the script, the speed of these releases, and my sanity. From here on out, as long as the quality of the game’s translation remains high, I’ll have it on the side while I edit. It’s so much better. ——— I was asked if I plan to release a v2 of Episode 1. To answer that: I'll probably release a v2 batch for all existing episodes within a few weeks. I'm still familiarizing myself with tools that speed up the fansubbing process, as well as improving in various areas; the v2 that I'll be able to make after a couple more weeks of this will be much better and easier on me than the one I could make right now. That said, a fine alternative for previous episodes is Kaleido-subs. They're also editing a huge number of signs, which is something I couldn't do with my level of typesetting experience or release schedule.
