In case you're wondering what this is, it's one of Harmony Gold's many anime "films", made using the first 6 episodes of a Tatsunoko anime called Kerokko Demetan. It has a copyright date of 1985 but for some reason it wasn't released until 10 years later, and it got a "sequel" that aired on Nickelodeon and was only released on home media in the UK. Harmony Gold also did a separate dub of the show in the 90s called Adventures on Rainbow Pond but it's lost. Basically, I took the raws of this remaster: https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1508728 and edited the video to match a rip I did of a VHS of the dub I found at a thrift store (the only reason I), and I imported the DVD set from Japan for the textless opening + ending to retype the dub credits, and it was all rendered in HD with Vegas Pro 20 with a SoM inspired approach where I made the bitrate slightly higher than the materials used to keep as much quality as possible which is why this is 7 gigs. Due to the way its cut the Japanese audio isn't included because it wouldn't make sense, and I don't have any other dub audio for this. (I did something similar with Saban's dub of Kashi no Ki Mokku aka Pinocchio: The Series, but I need to redo the video with direct encodes of the Blu Ray set in order to do a raw release of it here... plus a majority of the uncut English audio for the dub is lost) I'd like to do this with the sequel film so its a complete duo but there's no good quality copy available online to my knowledge and I don't have a PAL VCR to warrant importing the tape. Why did I do all of this for a Harmony Gold dub? I dunno. Nobody else was gonna do it.
