This dub only aired in international English speaking countries (UK, Canada, Netherlands etc.). It is a rare lost media that has been preserved by fans who recorded this from TV between 2001 to 2005. This dub will never have an official release on DVD due to being stuck in licensing hell. The Westwood dub was heavily edited for TV airing meaning that each episode has approx. 2 Minutes of cut content. This can be anywhere in the episode. It takes about 1 to 2 hours to sync one episode because of these cuts. We are doing this lengthy process per episode in order to preserve this dub, and to prevent it from being lost to time. Here is what the typical timeline looks like for a single episode:

There have been a few more corrections since this was uploaded. CHECK THIS LINK for any fixed episodes that you need to replace. At the moment we have corrections for the following 3 episodes:
151, 244 & 269.
We started our Westwood Dub Remaster Project over 3 years ago on the 22/01/2021 with the release of the Trunks Saga. We have now finally completed the painstaking task of preserving this dub, and ensuring that it is as close to official release as possible. We did this by hand picking each audio source for every Recap, Episode & Next Episode Preview, and choosing to sync this audio to the best video source we have which is the Merge R1+R2 Dragon Box. A lot of time and effort went into syncing each and every episode, going over every cut, adding any special effects (like Motion Blur) and changes that were made to the footage to try and keep it true to the source as possible. Trust me when I say that a ridiculous amount of time has gone into ensuring that this is the most Definitive release of the Westwood dub that has ever been circulated online. If you want to relive your childhood then there is no better way! Thank you for being so patient with us & I really hope that this batch release meets your expectations.
This Version 2.0 release includes over 51 corrections/revisions made to 41 episodes:

The video for this release has been sourced from SoM’s Merge R1+R2 Dragon Box. This has been synced to the best audio of any given episode of the dub. Merge Dragon Box retains as much detail as possible, ensuring that Dragon Ball Z can be viewed in its highest quality. You can read more about this version of Dragon Box here.
This release serves to include the best recorded version of each episode synced to the best possible video that we have. The audio is sourced from the +500GB Westwood Blue Water Torrent. The sources are Hi-Fi and Stereo recordings, the best possible version of any given episode.
Our audio sources for an episode of the Westwood dub are: Robo4900, Shinhan_Sasuke, xodanox, DAGAME and as a last resort OceanDan93 (in order of quality).
The Opening and Ending have been recreated for this release. The Opening features video sourced from The Rock The Dragon Set and UUE Movie 3 and Merge Dragon Box. The Ending is recreated with Merge Dragon Box video and recreated credits. They have been recreated by Enigmo and encoded by JySzE.
English title cards for each episode have been sourced from Funi Singles by DBZimran and recreated by ManifestX.
This was possible thanks to the efforts of:
Wonder inc and Zero Cool who organised and split each individual episode ready to sync and edit.
DBZimran, Ajay, iKaos, Venny and JySzE for quality control and encoding instructions.
ManifestX, DBZimran, Draganath & Johnny Blade for syncing and editing episodes.
Episodes 108 to 276 have been synced by DBZimran, Johnny Blade, Draganath, ManifestX, Wonder Inc, EpicKasai, Comment101 & Hugo2003DBZ
If you notice any errors please leave let us know by reporting the issues to the Seed of Might Q&A Discord Server.
Also thanks to Shinhan_Sasuke we now have all of Dragon Ball Blue Water Dub in stereo DVD quality, so we are now in need of help to sync these new stereo recordings for Dragon Ball Blue Water Dub to Color Corrected Dragon Box DVD footage. If you enjoyed the work we have done on the Dragon Ball Z Westwood Sync Project and want to help join the upcoming Dragon Ball Blue Water Dub Sync Project then please join the Seed of Might Q&A Discord Server and express your interest. We need assistance with Quality Control of synced episodes, and people skilled in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro to help sync stereo audio to DVD footage as Syncers.

Excellent work with the corrections.

How did you handle scenes that were censored visually, such as Gotenks’ middle finger? Also, for episodes with completely different titles or with misspelled titles when aired, where did you get the title card? For example, episode 177 was called “Goku’s Decision” but was only ever shown in Broadcast for Westwood, which had it titled as “Goku’s Noble Decision”.
Also, great work. This looked like it would have taken 3 years to do!!
DBZimran
@DisplayNamee We didn’t do visual edits, it is all left intact, and the title cards are from the Funimation Singles, you can verify all the other specific details.

Haha, funny your avatar is Rolf. Peter Kelamis voiced him. 🙂

Amazing
moonlite88
Is this also technically the Ocean dub?
Impakt
It is “technically,” the Ocean Dub was for the Saiyan/Namek arc while the Westwood Dub was for the Cell/Boo arc.
I wish Kelamis had kept his role as Gōku as Brian Drummond voiced Vegeta.

My balls are exploding, great release

So, are you guys doing a V3 when the CC comes out?
DBZimran
@DisplayNamee Yep, the plan is to eventually sync to CC but that is a while away, and we will be syncing the footage to the new stereo source we have. Our current focus is on the Blue Water Dubs for GT and Dragon Ball we are securing better audio sources and syncing at the moment.

Made a correction to episode 269, please download via the mega link above.
