You should be able to drag and drop this into Kodi/Plex. Scrapper should be able to scrape correct episode info. i give it a 50/50 chance it will work.

In the future, you will want to flag the Signs/Songs subtitle track as the Forced track. Not the full dialog one. This is what Forced subs are for, and how media servers will treat them. Thanks for your work anyway. This is an easy fix with JMkvpropedit.
Audio should never had forced flag... All language options also require a default set.
So:
Japanese Audio: Default
English Audio: Default
English Full Subs: Default
English Signs: Forced
This is basic stuff and you're getting it wrong and rendering the release broken in terms of preference settings and automation.
So seems a v4 is in order.

I honestly think it's good as it will be without an actual editing pass over every episode to fix things like [this](https://i.imgur.com/LHOndnv.png) and [this](https://i.imgur.com/u0QxjT1.png).
Fixing the flagging will change the CRC values, but nothing I don't have to do often with other releases. I'll just strip them off and make an MD5 digest for the fixed files.
Season 1 episodes 2 and 3 are number swapped in this release. This may explain how the dub and subs for them got switched in the earlier versions of this torrent. "Love Triangle" is supposed to be the *third* episode. I didn't notice until I was rewatching and wondered why Mikan knew Lala when they hadn't been introduced.
BTW, cover.png is used as a poster image in a media server, so it needs to be a cover image (2:3 aspect ratio), not a 16:9 screenshot.
