Netflix Japan had the first 2 episodes on release day. Maybe international Netflix decided to not be a week behind Netflix JP (since JP’d be releasing episode 3 next week) and thus decided to release episode 2 today, so they can release episode 3 the same day as Netflix Japan?

Global version still be out next week, they just added subs for jp version. And because there isn’t nf logo so it not “netflix original” it’s only have few subtitles, they do this with other things too.

Netflix Japan is getting the episodes a week before Japanese TV broadcast. Netflix Global is getting it on the same day as the Japanese TV Broadcast.
Japan will be a week ahead for the entire run.
