2muchrubik's comment from the [related Reddit thread](https://www.reddit.com/r/Nujabes/comments/1fxazwh/nujabes_sweet_sticky_thing_mp3flac/) on how this original version differs from [PADYBU's reconstructed version](https://padybu.bandcamp.com/album/sweet-sticky-thing-reloaded-remixed):
>"Generally there is not much difference between the two, although you can think of the Reloaded & Remixed remake as more of a studio sounding version. I believe that mix was mostly reconstructed from digital track sources, whereas the original is comprised of 100% vinyl records complete with all the pops and clicks. It has a nice raw original feel to it, and it’s easy to imagine Nujabes performing the set live. As with digital sources, you can expect the remake to sound cleaner and in higher fidelity. Although for a Type I compact cassette tape, the original sounds remarkably good, especially when considering its age. Tapes in general are generally limited in how good they sound by the initial recording done onto them, and the method of duplication used. Overall it is a very good mix either way, and it’s clear that Nujabes did not sacrifice any quality in not only the selection of the tracks, but in the recording process as well."
