# [Episode 7 & 8's subtitles are missing. Download a small patch here to fix it.](https://files.catbox.moe/s8s3yu.zip)
Instructions: Extract contents of ZIP to location of episode file, then run 'apply.bat' and when the new file is created, delete the old file. If you've renamed your MKV file, adjust 'apply.bat' to match the filename.
**[use mpv](https://thewiki.moe/tutorials/mpv/) - issues such as broken/artifacty video or subtitle rendering reported on other players like VLC will be ignored and treated as a non-issue. [see this](https://rentry.co/vee-ell-cee) on why VLC is fucking shit**

@ar7
apologies. here's a patch file:
https://files.catbox.moe/47xrtd.zip
extract the contents of the zip into where your episode is located, and then run apply.bat (if you've renamed the video file, edit apply.bat to match your file name accordingly)
worked for me. if you renamed your episode file you need to open the batch file and change the filename for episode 7 to match what your file name is
or, if you modified the file itself to where the hash no longer matches (added subs or audio tracks, changed metadata, etc) the patch won't work because it expects the hash to match the original episode 7, in which case you'll need to redownload the episode
Couldn't get the patch to work for ep 7. Didn't try it on ep 8 since I had patched it earlier with the first patch in the comment section. After messing with the .bat file, I got it to return the following error: xdelta3: unavailable secondary compressor: LZMA: XD3_INTERNAL. A missing dependency or issue with the xdelta.exe file maybe. Don't know anything about patching so I could be wrong.
I got around this by downloading Delta Patcher (which can be found by searching Google or going to the romhacking site) and using it to patch.
interesting, i've never seen this error with xdelta before.. in case it doesn't work for others or if delta patcher somehow also fails for you, here's a DDL that contains the patched episodes: https://gachi.quest/upload/anime/%5BAV1ARY%5D%20Seiyuu%20Radio%20no%20Uraomote%20%28BD%201080p%20AV1%20Opus%29/
small update: i figured out why the patch was causing that error. i used the wrong binary for xdelta. here's a ZIP with the proper binary: https://files.catbox.moe/s8s3yu.zip
