Because very few people in the industry are Ishitani Megumi or Mori Keisuke, nor is it even possible for those two to put out this kind of quality without having a lot of time to work on it. Until such a time that we invent cloning and can have like forty Ishitanis and Moris each working on one episode at a time, it is in fact not possible to have this every week.
