Cygame 原作，CygamesPictures 制作，肉眼可见的经费充足，全片不仅有大量细致的机械作画和海量的战斗场景，在很多不起眼的场景中都存在大量纹理细节。可惜如此丰富的资源并不是原盘编码所能承受的，原盘全片欠码，由于制作中还加了大量的噪点，蚊噪、色块、色带均有出现，动态场景尤其严重，基本全损。线条锐度相当高，与之相伴的是强振铃，除此以外还有不少锯齿，和蚊噪混在一起，这些加起来反而让观感变得过犹不及。 处理上主要就是解决欠码，码率自适应神经网络修复、去色带、抗锯齿、较强的去振铃。不过如此富裕的制作，在我们指定的体积范围内 x265 依旧难以回旋，因此我们尽量调整了处理强度和编码参数，在修复瑕疵的同时，保证还原度并控制体积。最后的成品体积略高一些，是正常情况。 Produced by Cygames and animated by CygamesPictures, the Bravern series not only has a lot of detailed sakuga on mechas and tremendous battle scenes, but also has a lot of texture details in many inconspicuous scenes. Unfortunately, such an abundance of resources is clearly beyond what the Blu-ray encoding could handle, which inevitably causes insufficient bit-rate throughout the series. Meanwhile, due to a large amount of noise added during production, DCT noise, blocking, and color banding are all present. Especially dynamic scenes are worse, basically a total mess. Line sharpness is pretty high, accompanied by severe ringing. Besides this, the aliasing, mixed with DCT noise, makes the image look rather worse than simple poor sakuga. Our PP is mainly for the insufficient bit-rate, including bit-rate adaptive neural network deblocking, de-banding, anti-aliasing, and strong de-ringing. But with such a rich production, encoding by x265 is still struggling to stay within our routine bit-rate, so we adjusted the processing strength and encoding parameters as much as we could to fix the artifacts while keeping the visual similarity and the bit-rate. Nonetheless, the final encodes still have a higher bit-rate.
