if one of your sources was from the USBD, why not use the offical pgs subs and for the signs and songs for the dub?

Imagine adding 15-20 MB onto an AV1 file just to get 1 single track of ugly aliased subs. Eugh. edit: well, 20 MB is more like the size for a feature-length film. Still, 5-10 MB per language for ugly subtitles is definitely a waste of bits on AV1 anime TV episodes.
