@Shizusan They probably thought S00E01 came before S01E01 when it doesn't. TVDB naming makes sense for media servers but not for dumping all files into a folder if they dont sort alphabetically in the same order they should be watched in. Thats generally why I'd say using alphabetical order in the filenames first then the TVDB naming with S00E01 etc later in the name would work better if you want all the files in the same folder. Otherwise.. use separate folders.
