The first 61 episodes were released as a part of a WEB-DL from DRTV, particularly the East Blue Saga which is the first season. The original video that came with the WEB-DL, well... to make it simple... it's bad. Real bad. It was so interlaced that much and blocky that I can't even explain how dull it was.
