PSA: `libvlc.dll` is flagged @ virus total [[Link](https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/a31999b279660a0c5c3e06497a3d82c0a2551d1b49c7f2a3085d1056d0ea3ecf)] EDIT: the exe is genuine (signed) VLC player but an older version v3.0.21, (that version [has bugs](https://www.videolan.org/security/sb-vlc3022.html), latest at time of writing is 3.0.23) it is likely that, by launching that version the malicious DLL file gets loaded.
