Obvious virus

Normally I don't doubt you much as you make good reports, but in this case it's uploaded by an IP on the same ISP that this (anonymous) user typically uploads from so I don't believe it's malware and they have other recent non-malware uploads. Still exercise whatever caution if you download it as I can't guarantee it, but I won't take any action about this upload for now.
