You marked one audio track as Default (the Japanese one) and the first subtitle track -- which is the Songs & Signs track. Even if this was the correct usage of the Default flag (which [it's not](https://thewiki.moe/advanced/muxing/#correct-tagging)), these tracks wouldn't go together.

#### Patch: https://files.catbox.moe/3m0eb4.7z This is a quality of life patch that mostly benefits people running media servers, but also folks with properly-configured language settings in their media players. It makes the following changes to this release: - Corrects the audio and subtitle track tags so they are following Matroska spec. - Renames tracks for clarity. - Rearranges the audio and sub tracks to list original language first (Japanese, then English), and subtitles in the matching order for use (Full, then Forced). - Adds names to chapter marks (Opening, Part A, Part B, Ending), tags chapter names as ENG language. - Adds episode title to mkv header file title (the one you see at the top of the OSD in some players). - Renames files to add the show name and use SxxEyy numbering for media server parsing. I left the episode names, since they aren't super long.
