Kyohei, Saburo, Erika and Walker watch the show from their van and see Mikado and Anri on screen, as well as Seiji and Mika. Shinra, bored about not participating, informs Celty of Yuhei's true identity as Shizuo's brother Kasuka, and in the crowd of spectators are twin sisters Mairu and Kururi Orihara. Earlier online, a stalker threatened to kill Yuhei should he see him in person. When the stalker came near Yuhei, Mikado and Anri stood ready to protect Yuhei, but a flying sign stopped the stalker and crushed him. Naturally, Shizuo came to Yuhei's rescue. Shizuo finds out from Izaya that he was the one who leaked Yuhei's work schedule to the stalker. Izaya also explained to Shizuo that he had one final score to settle with Ikebukuro before disappearing, and also wanted to have one final battle with Shizuo to end it all. Small gangs were watching the events unfold before their eyes, including remnants of the Yellow Scarves, and decide to stop Shizuo. Meanwhile, Yuhei rolls with the punches and abrupt changes in the show to keep the viewers calm. Before the violence escalated out of control, Celty used her powers to stop everyone in their tracks, almost glued to the streets. Kuzuhara and his bike squad thanked Celty for stopping the gangs, but that's not getting her off the hook. After Celty sped off across the city with Kuzuhara's patrol in hot pursuit, things in Ikebukuro went back to normal as usual. Suddenly, a young boy got off the train station and met up with Mikado, and that he's going to attend Raira Academy. Mikado had a glance of nostalgia when he moved to Ikebukuro and reunited with Masaomi. Mikado welcomed the newcomer with open arms as the city skyline came into view with the final words, "Welcome to Ikebukuro".
