I KNOW THAT HATERS ARE GOING TO HATE SO LEMME' SAY THIS NOW: The release is, technically, an "upscale" because it's higher than the original 480p DVD resolution. Yes. I understand that. What you haters probably don't realize is that when upscales are done correctly, and not really stretched, you can do encoding magics to make it not look like an upscale. Hell, the source at 480p looked pretty bad to begin with. Anyway, hate if you want, we upscaled and encoding magic'd it so it looks fine at 576p. Why that resolution? Because it's the max allowed DVD upscale by Nyaa Torrents. Anyway, so yeah. Took a bit because TSers kept dying left and right. Encoding took a few days to figure out as well because we did so much with it. Totally not like w0lf was busy setting up a public minecraft server or anything. Nope nope.
