Same here, took me two weeks or so to get it - not so bad. One of the if not the best if you want the untouched original picture. Lot of complains about how the image is shaky, so I was expecting a lot worse. I guess it could be part of the analog charm, in which things are vibrant (same as grain) and not computerized to match benchmarks like in modern era. Am seeding this, which can make a nice complete set along with the three other films by Satoshi Kon if you can get them, also from Kagura (am seeding those as well).
