Compared to the previous one from 2009, the video is a bit better, subtitles have been retimed and what is most important, the audio delay present in the source has been corrected. Video + Audio: R2 DVD (714x480 \*10-bit\* H.264 (4:3) / Ac3 audio Japanese audio only. Subtitles: (English) R1 DVD script, switchable styled subs. Ripped by OnDeed. This OVA is a colorful science-fiction action, with a cute but tough heroine and nice setting. There are also little female kids (my, this joke should have been dropped so long ago...) featured and all in all it is a nice watch that I can recommend. The source is remastered, so video quality is great.
