Here's "The Backhand Slash of Tears", the next episode of this joint project with Hokuto no Gun. Sabu investigates the serial murders of doctors who have been trained in Western medicine, and during the course of the investigation Ichi discovers that his blindness may not be as permanent as everyone had assumed... After you watch this episode I'd suggest reading the first story in volume 7 of the manga (scanlated by Hokuto no Gun and HappyScans!). This episode isn't strictly speaking an adaptation of that chapter (which would have been a bit too gruesome for television) but it was inspired by one of the major threads in that story.
