If you wish to resume downloading from the v.03 torrent, you will need to do some renaming. Choose one of the following methods:

If you choose option one, download toolshed.exe and upgrade\_v03.usc. These can be aquired using the link above, or through this torrent. Launch toolshed, click the top-right browse button, select the "Touhou lossy music collection" directory (with the zip-files) and click "UPGRADE" directly below.

This is the "Touhou lossless music collection v.04" torrent by rwx, converted to V0-MP3 (~245kbps) using foobar2000. I know that there are lossy versions of this already, but personally I prefer mp3 above ogg. Also, I put each album in its own .zip archive to ease the stress on bittorrent-clients. In case I have forgotten something, add a comment here and I'll fix it by the next version.
**"How do I extract the music?"** You don't. Instead of extracting the zip-files, you should play them using Foobar2000. Many small files means a huge directory overhead, and makes browsing the files much slower. Playing them directly from the zipfiles eliminates this. _Remember to enable "Archive Reader" when you're install Foobar._
If you still wish to extract the music, I dropped in an auto-extractor to make the proces less time-consuming. It's written in C#, so if you want to check it for viruses, just open it in .NET Reflector to see its source code.
The filenames are in format "03. Demetori - 神さびた古戦場 ～ Grave of Being.mp3". All songs have proper tags, and appear correctly in all major mp3 players.
