In this episode, there's excitement in Edo as the newspapers are ablaze with tales of Lightning Boy, a chivalrous thief who steals from the rich and gives to the poor. But things turn tragic when a pair of genuine criminals hatch a plot to use Lightning Boy as a cover for their own activities.
