Gotou Yuuko is easily more famous for her voice-acting work than her music. Fans of the _Lucky Star_ anime may remember the episode that poked fun at the contrast between her typical anime roles and her personal lifestyle, particularly with her interest in biker culture (i.e. the _bousouzoku_ culture)—something that’s never associated with women in Japanese culture. This album reinforces Gotou’s connection with her anime work as it is a cover album of songs from anime such as _Saint Seiya, Fist of the North Star, City Hunter,_ and others. Enjoy!
