A patch to be used on [Commie's Neptunia 13 OVA release](http://commiesubs.com/hyperdimension-neptunia-bd-batches/) to un-NISA and un-Commie the subs, [just like my earlier release](http://loligeddon.wordpress.com/2014/05/17/choujigen-game-neptune-the-animation-bd-batch/).
