Okay, I was a little burned out on Giant Gorg for a while after getting so many episodes subtitled in such a short time (despite it being one of my personal favorite series I've ever worked on, right up there with Sabu & Ichi). But I've had a break from it for a while and once I started work on the latest revisions I've really gotten into it again. Don't expect anything like the crazy release schedule that we did last year, but more revisions are in the works and hopefully we'll have a batch torrent of the whole series done by the end of the year (which seems appropriate since 2014 is Gorg's 30th anniversary year.) This is the second of the two episodes that was storyboarded by series creator and mastermind Yoshikazu Yasuhiko. Dr. Wave, Doris and Captain explore Old Austral Island, and have a run-in with the island's indigenous population. Rod tries to get up to speed with a helicopter tour. Yuu and Argos explore New Austral Island, and finally meet the giant robot that GAIL refers to as "The Humanoid", and the islanders call "Gorg." This is of course an edited remaster of the fine work done by the Bro-Lord duo of mSubs.
