I compared [DameDesuYo] subs to [Commie], and regardless of every sh*tting bricks over [Commie] subs for Monogatari Series, these subs are actually much more accurate. [Commie] is based off of TV subs, which are very bad, and they also take way too many translation liberties, which often dramitically changes the meaning and tone of the phrases and character. Do a comparison yourself and you'll see what I mean. Unfortunately, this release by [DameDesuYo] also has a "R11" watermark in the upper righthand corner of the video, from HDTV airing. If someone can re-encode these subs (and re-time if needed) to a Blu-ray release, we could finally have a proper release of Hanamonogatari (which [Commie] subs, due to very non-literal translations are not, despite any sh*tposing that might follow from Herkz).
