Is this a rip of the Australian DVD releases?

In case anyone is wondering, I believe this is the unreleased release of the Canadian version of the dub because the Australian release had alternate takes from the same actors and an English version of the Japanese OP song (that isn't a bad rendition). This features the North American opening song and I believe the North American takes (not sure if those were intended to be the original version and Australia got the alternates or the reverse). This is believed to have been leaked by someone with access to the whole series despite it not getting a full physical release.

Also the English voice actor for Sakura, Carly McKillip, was actually 11 years old when she recorded the lines for the show. Making her roughly Sakura's actual age (although I think the dub confuses Sakura's age a bit to match North American school grades, or maybe the age is changed from the manga, I can't remember).

i have some input the is indeed the Nelvana dub of which there were only 39 episodes aired between kids w.b. and cartoon network iknow of a few dubs not counting this or the animax dub witch was re released in 2014 and i think i know where this leak originated i could be wrong and i dont want anyone to have their info on blast that said yes the person who initially leaked it had access to to a speculated set of master vhs tapes that were damaged hence the jumpy glitches for certain episodes examples the jumpy video and audio for the no time for sleep episode 12 and episode 16 the summer house poor quality but again im greatful to whomever that person is sorry for the long message

Really wish this was the version that got the blu-ray release
