There are 10 black rows of pixels below and 6 above the actual video content on the DVD iso, so 480-16 = 464. The proper aspect ratio for this video is 1.85:1. Everyone who released this in 16:9 either released in the WRONG aspect ratio or encoded black lines. B. The AC3 track was 302 MB, the FLAC track converted from the PCM track was 420 MB.
