The subs in this are based the official subs, but with added Japanese honorifics and name order, translated the untranslated signs, typesetting, karaoke, and fixed some translation errors (mostly minor, but one major one.) \----- Just because I know people are going to ask: the line in question is "Better hurry and finish your drawing... before the new folks move in." It's inaccurate because Hisako-san hadn't seen that Anna was drawing the Marsh House. Anna was only just turning the pages of her sketch book to that picture, considering opening up her heart to Hisako by showing her sketch to someone else, something she'd never done before. The corrected line should be "But I need to hurry and finish this painting... Because it looks like some new folks are moving in."
