DVD is crappy. I’ve managed to partially deblend/dehalo/fixshit. Despite my numerous attempts 480p looked like shite unless stuffed with heavy artificial grain which ofc doubled the file size. That’s why 576p (at least it looks, uhm well… not as bad.)

Comparison to an old encode with wrong AR and luma levels.
Mine isn’t hardsubbed, just decided to screencap the subs.
