I wouldn't recommend this one over the other one. These subs are actual .ass files and have typesetting, but the translation is weird and not as good. The way they choose to phrase things in English adds details in a way that at times distorts the tone or meaning of lines a bit. I'm guessing that this one is a fansub. As with most fields, the professional translators are being paid to do the work for a reason. They almost always do a better job than amateurs.
