The bitrate on the dub is a bit skimpy for a 5.1 track, but I listened to it and it’s very, very close to the original, and I couldn’t notice any difference in the effects or dialogue. I gave the OP and ED 400k so you’re not missing out on anything there.
The dub here is worlds better than the aF release which either had an awful source or a horrible AAC encoder. (They used an even lower bitrate – 192k HE-AAC, but I tested the R1’s track with QAAC’s HE-AAC at 192k and it was worlds better than theirs (I think they used the German DVD.)

If you don’t listen to dubs, none of that applies to you.

V2 because 11 of the original encodes had a tiny bit of ending included before it switched to the ordered chapter ending, creating a skip that was really jarring. Fixed.
