Given this torrent was uploaded 16 December 2015 it makes me wonder why 6 January 2016 is the date supplied at https://anidb.net/anime/4051
That also mentions LonelyChaser did both episodes as of 29 June 2020 but I can' t find them on Nyaa, worth looking into how to obtain them.
They're what's used at https://bakabt.me/torrent/352157/hana-no-asuka-gumi-shin-kabukichou-story-hanano-asukagumi-vhs-480p-lonelychaser but that requires access to a private torrent and unless you catch it during freeleech will mess w/ your ratio due to being sub-1080p
