@ SomaHeir - It's seeding. And has been since my last post over a month ago. Just because a torrent isn't maxing out your download speed doesn't mean it needs reseeding. What it means is you need to have some patience.
Reseeding is when a torrent has no seeds at all, and so someone needs to... re-seed it. That is not the case here and hasn't been since at least my last post.
There's only a single peer with files 100% intact but there's NEVER any bandwidth from him/her - literally ZERO not even a couple kilobytes... I don't think that actually counts as being seeded since it is impossible to get a 100% download...
Its possible if you e-mail me @ my gmail and I get you a special request.
Its literally true that I dont have enough bandwidth due to have too many torrents. So I can open a separate instance and focus seed particular torrents for a time.
