For those who want to watch online even without english sub but Japanese dub with chinese subtitle. It's available only in english sub up to ep6 on anime site. But with Kissanime shutdown no more left i think. here's the link : http://www.bilibili.com/video/av984841, it's better than nothing, me either it's hard to find on full tagalog dub. I save on playlist, i joined bilibili for sight seeing only and download the mobile app even i don't understand chinese.
edit on bilibili link i provided, i translate what it's said. It's taken down due to copyright reason and request by TMS anime. So this is my last resort. Thanks for this site because i believe no removal on this site but not sure because when i save the link for idolish7 live, it's no result and on bilibili, it's has but after many months it's also taken down but everyday there's uploader for live cut and full one.
