Since there appears to be no watchable BD version of this show I decided to give it a shot and make my own. I took the subtitles, attachments and chapter markers (which I re-timed as well) from gg's release of the show and audio/video from the Ohys-Raws release, re-timed the subs and restored some signs that were disabled in the original release (and roughly fixed their sizings etc. to make them readable). It's not perfect and some signs are still missing and some probably look wrong, so if someone else wants to pick up on this and polish it up, go ahead. Unfortunately, there is an untranslated scene right before OP in episode 13, as it was added in the Blu-Ray release and no release seems to translate it and I can't do it myself, sorry for that.
