Our previous torrent had problems at 99%. This one should correct these issues. Karyuudo Fansubs is pleased to announce our latest release with Rurouni Kenshin New Kyoto Arc (Special Edition) with English Subtitles. First off, I want to thank padepadou for being generous enough to supply us with the source for this release and my wife, Micchan, for helping with the translations. On that note, we've tried to incorporate the translation styles from the Media Blasters / Sentai Filmworks and the Viz Comics into something that takes the best of each of these and blends it into one package. The Special Edition of New Kyoto Arc features new footage throughout the feature that wasn't in the original 2 part OAV released back in 2012. As well, there are a few dialogue adjustments and the removal of the English voice given to the captain of the Purgatory black ship. This release is presented in 1:1 with the original BluRay containing uncompressed video @ 1920x1080, PCM 2.0 and DTS 5.1 channel surround. Also included is the BluRay menu as is the music video 「feel you」. Enjoy!
