Variable quality issues. I've primarily only started watching this after getting to Shippuden. Episode 31 has desyncing subtitles at one point, and then they resync after some scenes spanning 10-20 minutes. A large segment of 31 also has heavily reduced audio quality that sounds like it's coming over a phone in the 90s. Then a later part of 31 has baked in subtitles that are lower quality than the actual subtitle track, and it's annoying to see them showing up on screen at the same time as one another. The entirety of 32 is low quality phone audio, with desynced audio slightly at some parts. This is as far as I've gotten so far. While I heavily appreciate someone took the time to even make this, one would think that someone taking the time and effort to produce an edit like this would at least use some consistency and the same sources for all their editing, with some level of quality checking, but I cannot see some of this as anything but being intentionally lazy/just stopped caring. There's no way someone could have slapped some of these together and said "Yeah. That's good.", so I'm assuming the person responsible just gave up and wanted to get it done. I put up with the quality issues until I started encountering multiple per episode. Desyncing audio, reduced audio quality, slightly upscaled 240p video quality, clashing subtitles, subtitle desyncing. All happening in one episode. Just know this is what you can expect if you want to watch this. You will have to start actively battling against it with subtitle and audio delay hotkeys if your video player of choice supports it, and you will be going back and forth between delay settings per scene usually.
