Tracks 1,2 & 3c were ripped from the Regular Edition. 3a & 4 were ripped from Type A and 3b from Type B. I did not see a need to duplicate tracks 1 & 2 from all 3 versions. Videos from the bonus DVDs from Types A & B are also included as are my scans from all 3 versions. I do not claim any level of expertise with either ripping, scanning, or encoding, so feel free to offer criticism or suggestions of what I can do better; I just felt like sharing since I only saw the Regular edition uploaded here.
