His name is Kusuo Saiki... maybe I'm hallucinating but Kusuo sounds like the "Xo" sound that means "shit" or "damnit"... and Saiki sounds like psychic... so his name might mean damn psychic. His mouth never moves when he speaks. People don't seem to notice that he's talking telepathically all the time. Viewers might not notice either.
