Maybe it's just me but subtitles seem to have weird artifacts on every episode. S02E02's audio is also out of sync. Problems persist on MPC-HC, VLC, and Plex.

I'm a bit late to the party. But after doing some testing on S02 E02, you can add a delay of 4.7s to the audio file to synchronize with the video. Easily done using MKVtoolnix.
