Encoded the series Initial D - Second Stage into MKV h.264 format with English, Japanese audio and English subtitles as well.
For playback all you need is the proper codec if you don't already have it.
Combined Community Codec Pack (which I prefer) or the K-Lite Codec pack should give you all you need and more to play these back.
You should be able to hear audio just fine if you have one of the mentioned codec packs above. If you cannot hear any audio and do not want to install a codec pack for some reason, then you do not have and need the nero aac audio codec. As of today it can be found here.

You should not use the Combined Community Codec Pack or the K-Lite Codec pack as they are codec packs that just pack them all together without checking for cross interference, spam, viruses, etc. Many people have problems after installing those packs. For an alternative, try Shark007's Codec pack, it's a pack that has everything you need, including online help for setting up connections with extension devices, home theaters, etc with a centralized configuration window for all of it. If you download the advanced pack you'll have compatibility with 64 bit programs also. And it's free.
These encodes are obsolete and should be deleted. I cannot delete these since this was uploaded to the old Nyaa before it went down.
A much higher quality version is available here.
