Each of those "upsampled" are piano pieces and slow track songs which consist of few instruments in those tracks which you can see them yourself on any spectrum and listening to them. So the bit rate will not be high especially on lossy versions which is normal. Also note that LAC is not always reliable. If you got a different version I like to see the comparissons.
